GEAR REVIEW: LOKI BLACKROCK BY VAPE TALK CONCEPTS

Hi, guys. Back with another written review that I've posted a while back. It's for the Loki Blackrock RDA by Vape Talk Concepts.
I was really intrigued by this RDA - the looks, the options that come with it, its design, and lastly because of the cloud checks that I've seen in this group. So I got one at PVX and used it daily for the past 2 months.
It's a 22mm RDA, made of stainless steel, smooth and shiny black finish, with interchangeable wide bore drip tips, a 510 drip tip adapter, and its unique flavor hole option.

Pros:
Aesthetics - I dig the look and stance of this RDA. It's the perfect height for tube mods (IMO, based on my preference.) You can say that this is a design-oriented piece of vape gear. No expense was spared in making it a good-looking RDA. The Loki helm engraving is spot-on, as well as the design of the air flow holes. The print on the bottom of the RDA with the serial number and half Loki helm is a great touch. That's the Loki effect. Owners can attest to this.
Machining - This is probably one of the the best things about the Loki Blackrock. The machining is flawless in my opinion. Threading is smooth, the deck is clean, the screws used are interchangeable (allen key and flat head screw options,) the top cap is solid stainless steel. I particularly like the smooth ultem and delrin drip tips that come with it. They're comfortable in the mouth and are super smooth. There's no machine grease, no bad taste (I immediately put a pair of coils after I got it and vaped on it for a good 5 days before changing/cleaning.) The tri-post design is solid as advertised.
Airflow- This RDA can chuck clouds if you want it to. The air flow is plenty and fairly smooth.
Durability - It's a solidly-build RDA. I've dropped it but still no dings, paint chips, or what. I've over tightened it on my tubes but the threads don't strip. That's how great the build quality is on this RDA.
Flavor hole option - What a great feature! This one's for the warm-to-hot vapor, flavor seekers out there. It's a restrictive lung hit and perfect for stealth vaping. High-nic juice lovers should try this out. It can probably please MTL vapers, too.
Safety - The peek insulator for the center post is thick and visible. IMO, that's a plus point in vaping since safety is our main concern.
Drip tip options - You can match your mood with the black delrin, white delrin, and ultem drip tips that come included in the packaging. You can also buy a resin drip tip from VTC for an added kick.
RDA ring compatibility - Most RDA rings in the market cater to 22mm attys. So that's a plus. The Sleipnir v1 and v2 rings are definitely something you should research if you still haven't seen one yet. They also come from VTC and come in 28mm and 25mm diameters with stainless, black, and gold color options.
Cons:
Price point - It's a bit expensive if you're on the low budget side. It goes for Php 2,500 in the market (brand new of course.) It is a great RDA and that's why it comes with a higher price tag. But honestly, it's chump change if you're going to consider the high level of craftsmanship, design, and performance you're going to get.But hey, you get what you pay for in design and overall build quality
Tri-post design - This one is subjective. Other people prefer the velocity type deck or the four-hole solid decks. I can understand that. Building on the Loki Blackrock was challenging for me at the beginning since it's my first tri-post RDA. Still calling this one a subjective con. After you get the hang of it, building is a breeze.
Tight build space - This can sometimes be limiting especially for those who like big ass complex coils. The 22mm diameter means condensed vapor so 24mm RDA fans can feel a bit cramped with the build space on the Loki RDA.
Machining - the machining is great so you might not want to scratch the RDA... ever. It's that good in my opinion.
Dual coil air flow only - single coil users may find this a con. Options are cool. So maybe a different AFC can make this work?
The 510 pin could be a bit longer - Different tubes, different manufacturers, different specs. There's battery rattle on other tubes since the threading on hybrid parts aren't uniform for all mods. This one's subjective but rest assured that the 510 pin of the Loki is protruding enough for safe hybrid mech mod use.
TLDR Summary: Another great PH-made vape gear. I can't say anything bad about this RDA. The RDA beauty ring options are a great idea. I also hear that there's a brewing project that can give the Loki a 4-post option. So that's exciting.
Would I buy another one even if I already have a Blackrock? Sure. The stainless Loki just looks classy. It's one of those RDAs that can be fitted to every mod. That's how crazy good looking this RDA is in my opinion.

*ADDENDUM*
New users may experience o-ring stripping issues with the Blackrock. This was addressed by the modder in the STS Group. There's a technique to attaching the top cap and taking it off again. A simple twist and you're good to go. You simply have to twist the top cap and align your air flow with the coil instead of just hamming it into place. Hope this helps.
